The shoes were a bit too big, and my heels kept sliding back and forth inside them when I walked. I peeled off the backing from the silicone heel grips and stuck them to the inside of the heel. Once I put my feet back in, they stayed secure, and I didn’t have to keep curling my toes while walking. When I take my shoes off after work, I just peel them out—the adhesive doesn’t stick to the shoe lining—and keep them in a small box by the shoe cabinet, then stick them on again the next day when I change shoes.
